Erwin started his commercial real estate career in 2007 after spending time in the aquarium management industry. A graduate of the University of Washington, he joined Madison Bay with multiple years of experience successfully representing regional, national and global firms on their office sales and leasing needs. Bi-lingual in Korean and English, he helps bridge the gap between cultures in commercial real estate transactions.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the University of Washington and is involved in multiple non-profit and community organizations including Community for Youth, Urban Artworks, NAIOP, and Urban Land Institute.

Erwin resides in the Green Lake neighborhood of Seattle, and on his free time enjoys fishing, skiing, running, hiking and traveling.

Tim Farrell joins Madison Bay Commercial from Turning Point Asset Management, LLC, where he provides real estate investment, development, asset management, and advisory services to the industrial and logistics space, both domestically and internationally.

For over 25 years,  Tim has successfully positioned diverse portfolios of industrial, logistics, commercial, office, and related properties.  Tim’s success is based on detailed and creative analysis, combined with a customer-centric approach to generating financial and operational efficiencies.

As CEO of the Port of Tacoma, he oversaw 60% growth of Port assets to $1.2 billion over a five year period.  Mr. Farrell created the Massachusetts Port Authority’s Marine Terminal Optimization Program and its Five-Year Financial Plan, increasing asset utilization and improving operating margins by 87%.

Tim held financial, asset management, and executive roles at Massachusetts Port Authority, and served the Port of Tacoma as Deputy Executive Director and then as CEO.  As a consultant, Tim has supported the Port of Seattle in the fishing, marina, bunkering, and barging sectors.

Tim’s academic credentials include a Master’s degree from the University of Washington with an emphasis on Port & Marine Transportation Management, and a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, cum laude, with High Honors from Middleburry College.  Tim also attended Williams College with a semester in American Maritime Studies.  Tim lives in Seattle’s Laurelhurst neighborhood with his wife and three young children.

After living in Europe and Africa, Bennett Guo immigrated to the United States where he is a passionate real estate investor. He has also been instrumental in helping his international contacts through the process of becoming investors in US-based commercial real estate projects. By leveraging his contacts, he is superb at matching investment opportunities with foreign investors. Mr. Guo is fluent in both English and Mandarin.

Prior to aligning with Madison Bay, Mr. Guo established himself as an angel investor, focusing on the commercialization of new technologies. He has invested and co-founded start-ups across different industries including those related to health and clean technology.

During his time leading start-ups, Mr. Guo showed a talent for taking on new ventures with a creative and open-minded view, often methodologically breaking down large projects into achievable goals as a key to progress. Although he has now expanded his interests beyond day-to-day management, Mr. Guo retains financial control of these start-ups and continues in his role as their key advisor.

Since entering the commercial real estate industry with Colliers International in 1997, Ted Winskill has become an expert in the North King / South Snohomish County industrial and office markets in addition to the Eastside industrial market. Ted joins Madison Bay having represented a wide range of clients in leasing and sales transactions including investment and owner/user sales over his career.

Outside of the office, Ted enjoys the great outdoors and takes full advantage of the ideal camping and hiking trails that the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
